HOW TO TIE STANDARD 50 INCH OR 55 INCH WAISTBEADS

TIPS:

FOR BEST RESULTS, DO NOT TIE YOUR WAISTBEADS WITH A WAIST CINCHER OR WAIST TRAINER GARMENT ON.

DO NOT TIE TOO TIGHT OR TOO LOOSE.

IF YOU TIE TOO TIGHT, YOUR BEADS COULD BREAK FROM SITTING OR SQUATTING.

IF YOU TIE TOO LOOSE, YOUR BEADS COULD BREAK WHEN PULLING YOUR PANTS DOWN.

SEAL YOUR WAISTBEADS KNOT WITH SUPER GLUE FOR EXTRA SECURITY.

Each standard waistbead is delivered in a standard 50-inch size or 55-inch size.  To customize the waistbead to your desired size, you will need to fit and adjust them before you tie them.

For best results, do your tying session in front of a mirror.

Take a moment to observe your waistbead strand.  You will notice that at the ends of each strand there is a loop (also known as a slipknot) and a stopper bead at the end of each loop.  The purpose of the loop is to keep the beads from sliding down the string while adjusting the size.  The purpose of the stopper bead is to keep the beads from sliding off the string.  For best results, do not remove the loop and do not cut the stopper bead until instructed.

1. Wrap the entire waistbead strand around the back of your body like a belt.

2. Place the strand at your desired waist area.  For weight loss, place it above the belly button (leaving room for bloating and bending).  For adornment, you can place it below the belly button or at the hips.

3. Once you choose the placement for your waist beads, pull on each of the stopper beads to release the loops and shift all the access beads over towards the end of the string.

Make sure the beads that are still around your waist have no gaps or spaces.  Leaving gaps and spaces will result in pinching.

4.  Cross the left side with the right side to create an X with the string and prepare for tying.

5. Tie both sides on the string in a knot. Tie 2-3 more times to secure the knot.

6. Cut off access thread and beads after tying.

7. Use a lighter and your the top of the flame to flash burn your beads. Do NOT hold the fire on the beads, just flash the top of the flame over the beads a few times to seal the knot.

HOW TO TIE READY-STRAND WAISTBEADS

Each Ready-Strand waistbead is delivered in a custom size.  It will arrive sized to fit you based on your input measurement.  There will be no need to fit it.  They will be ready to tie right out of the package.

Take a moment to observe your waistbead strand.  You will notice that at the ends of each strand there is a stopper bead at the end of each end.  The purpose of the stopper bead is to keep the beads from sliding off the string.  For best results, do not cut the stopper beads until instructed.

You will also notice a connector bead that joins both ends of the of the strand.  DO NOT remove this bead.

1. Slip on the Ready-Strand as if you were putting on a pair of pants and pull it up to your waist area.

2. Pull each end of the strand at the same time to cinch the strand and close any gaps.

3.  Once all gaps are closed, tie both sides on the string in a knot. Tie 2-3 more times to secure the knot.

4. Cut off access thread and beads after tying.

5. Use super glue to seal your knot. Burning your knot is not recommended for this strand.
