PRODUCT PROCESSING TIMES
It can take up to 7 days to process each order. Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above but may take longer during sales and holidays. Please consider this time frame when calculating the arrival time of your order.
Beading supplies will be processed and shipped within 3 days.
Ready To Ship crotchet hats will be processed and shipped within 3 days.
However It can take up to 4 weeks to process each custom crotchet hat order order. Please consider this when calculating the arrival time of your order.
Digital downloads are systematically fulfilled almost immediately. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery email. If your download is not received, please email shopmadebyvenus@gmail.com and we will manually email your purchase.
All digital downloads are non-returnable & non-refundable
All sales are final. This includes t-shirts, beading supplies (i.e. needles, beads, string, etc) waistbeads and digital products.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. Due to the handmade nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds (except under limited circumstances). If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern within 7 days of receiving items. Items mailed back must be unworn and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. We bear the shipping charges for issues that are our fault. For all other instances, shipping is the customers or the carriers responsibility.
Before completing your order, please make sure you:
- Measure yourself for the correct size.
- Check to see the correct items are selected.
- Confirm that your mailing address is listed correctly.
If you have questions about sizing, colors or general questions, please refer to the FAQ page. If you're unable to find an answer to your inquiry, Contact Us prior to placing your order.
Please Note: If you fail to enter your correct size option where needed (such as for custom waistbead sizes) you will receive a standard tie-on waistbead size closest to the needed size. I will make the necessary adjustments to compensate you for the oversight, however, We do not have the the time to personally reach out to correct mistakes. Please make sure you read and follow all order instructions to avoid any oversights. Receiving a lateral item due to not properly following order instructions does not automatically quality you for a "Wrong Item Received" return. Therefore, if a replacement is requested, shipment both ways will be the buyer's responsibility.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received the wrong item, items can be corrected upon receipt of the original items.
Disclaimer: Please consult with your physician if you are or believe you are allergic to acrylic yarn or glass. Made By Venus is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions. Outside of sanitation with isopropyl alcohol, we do not handle our products with harsh chemicals. However, If you feel skin irritation while wearing our waist beads, please remove immediately.
