Made By Venus waistbeads are handcrafted with a variety of materials such as gemstones, glass beads, crystals/semi-precious stones, and/or galvanized metal accents. Metal accents are non-tarnish and nickel free but overtime, they may become dull.

Made By Venus waistbeads are durable but they are not indestructible.  We use the highest quality beading string, however excessive or repeated force and time will cause waistbeads to break.  Be mindful of your waistbeads when doing strenuous activities or when using the bathroom.

Ensure that your waistbeads are tied to your comfort and not too tight.  Waistbeads tied too tightly result in premature breakage.

You can do your normal daily activities including bathe, exercise, and swim with your waistbeads on.

Keep waistbeads clean with soap and water.  You may also use a light astringent such as alcohol, witch hazel, or rose water to keep waistbeads fresh and hygienic.

Avoid putting creams, oils, lotions, or perfumes directly on your waistbeads.

**Pink & Purple beads may naturally fade over time.
