A full payment is required prior to starting any custom order requests. Upon completing this form, you will be presented with the total amount due.
The fastest way to send payments and get your order started is to send payments to Cash App via $shopmadebyvenus2 (please put name in the notes)

Please confirm all information including name, address, email address are correct before continuing this form. It is imperative that you make sure your contact email, phone number, and address number are correct. Custom Order requests will be reviewed and approved within three (3) business days.
If you change your mind or need to cancel your order request, please do so within those 3 business days. Due to the handmade nature of our products, once the order is procesed and completed a refund cannot be provided.
Once the order is approved, you will receive a email from shopmadebyvenus@gmail.com providing you with confirmation and turn around time. The confirmation email will also contain your Order Number, Order Total, Shipping Information, Shipping Cost (if applicable), and any additional charges for special requests. Once your product is complete, we will email you pictures. If you're not completely happy with the results we will gladly make alterations.
