RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience. Due to the personal use and uniqueness of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. In this instance, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
For Waistbeads & T-shirts:Before completing your order, please make sure you have: Measured yourself for the correct size.
Check to see the correct items are selected.
Confirm that your mailing address is listed correctly.
If you have questions about sizing, colors or general questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received the wrong item, items can be exchanged upon receipt of the original items. If we make a mistake, we will make the correction and either send you a replacement, provide a merchandise credit or issue you a refund.
Disclaimer: Please consult with your physician if you are or believe you are allergic to metals, glass, or seed beads. Goddess Garden Jax is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions. Outside of sanitation with isopropyl alcohol, we do not handle our products with harsh chemicals. However, If you feel skin irritation while wearing our waist beads, please remove immediately.
Keep beads way from children and animals to prevent eating or choking.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
It can take up to 7 business days to process each order. Custom orders may take up to 10 business days for processing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above but may take longer during sales and holidays. Please consider this when calculating the arrival time of your order.
All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of three options: First Class Mail (standard shipping), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do not include the time required for fulfillment.
We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. We are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier or missing or destroyed packages. Once the package(s) are shipped, the carrier assumes the responsibility. However, we will do our best to address and concerns related to damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.
The arrival date is estimated based on your location and choice of shipment. US orders shipped via USPS First class can take 1-8 days to be delivered. US orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail take 1-3 days to be delivered. If any further shipment delays incur due to backordered items or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather) we will communicate updated status information as it becomes available via email and inform the customer of the expected completion, shipment, and delivery date.
We are not responsible for products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. If you notice that the address entered is incorrect, please email info@goddessgardenjax.com immediately with your order number and the correct address and we will gladly update it for you. If your package is returned to sender due to incomplete and or incorrect address, there will be a $7.00 reshipping fee (for domestic orders only.) For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
