Pre-Order Policy

What are Pre-orders?
Pre orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.  Pre-orders are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific date.  Generally, pre-orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. Clients will receive an email notification with tracking once orders are shipped.  Normal shipping rates apply to pre-orders.

Returns & Cancellations
Our normal Return Policy applies to Pre-orders as well.  Refunds are not generally acceptable.  However, cancellations that are made prior to shipping are permitted.  We offer a 10 day cancellation period.  This means that we will accept an order cancellation if the order is cancelled within 10 days of the original purchase date.  

Combined Orders
We suggest that pre-orders be ordered separately from in-stock orders, as in stock orders can be shipped immediately.  If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is filled.
