Do not buy this label prior to reading and understanding our Return Policy

Only purchase this return label in the instance that both of the following conditions apply:
(1)You would like to return an item that you have already received to in order receive an exchange credit in the form of a an emailed gift card.
(2) You have NOT already completed a self-serve return request.

If you would like to do a self-serve return/exchange instead and receive a store credit that you can use immediately after approval, you must have an account. To access or sign into your Made By Venus account, visit Accounts to sign in.  

Purchasing a return label does not automatically qualify you for a cash/debit refund.  If you have any questions about our return policy Contact Us, prior to purchasing this label.  We reserve the right to refuse any return requests that go against our policy.

Upon buying this label, please include the order number for your original purchase in the text box below.  Allow 24-48 hours to receive a printable return label.

Return label must be printed in a 4x6 inch format and affixed to your package.  If you need assistance with preparing your package, reach out to your local post office or UPS store for guidance.
